Our founder Mr. Mohammedi Mukadam (BE. Mech) set up Embekon Engineers (India) as a V-Belt manufacturing unit when India was at the cusp of its Industrial growth at Bhayendar in Thane with 10 employees. His Vision was to imbibe world class standards with the grit of Indian hard work and integrity under the brand Super-Speed™. The Company organically evolved over the years to produce an array of Rubber Belts as the country started importing more advanced machinery to satiate demand for industrial products like Variable Speed Belts, Caterpillar Belts and Hexagonal Belts thereby strengthening the brand making it reach new heights. In 2007, Mr. Ebrahim Mukadam (MBA Finance) joined the Company with a vision to build on its innate strengths as also diversify the portfolio of products and Industries it served. He got with him half a decade of experience working in an MNC and aimed to incorporate those best practises here as well. Soon enough, the Company started expanding its scope to include most products in the realm of Industrial Belting and serving a host of Industries hitherto left out of its sphere of influence. In addition to manufacturing the existing line of Rubber Belting Products, thanks to his dynamism, today we import, distribute and supply almost every conceivable product in this Industry like Rubber & PU Timing Belts, PVC/PU Conveyor Belts, Teflon Belts and Timing Pulleys.
