Embekon Engineers (India) was one of the pioneers in the manufacture of Sponge Coated Belts in India under the Super-Speed™ brand. We started initially with the production of Massage Belts for labelling machinery specially designed for the Packaging and Pharmaceutical Industries and gradually expanded our range.
As we gained technical Expertise and proficiency in this line of products we initiated sponge compound innovation and R&D to make our sponge coating superior in terms of finish, quality, durability and abrasion resistance.
Today we manufacture Sponge Coating for Flat Belts, Timing Belts and Poly Belts in a huge range of lengths, widths and Thicknesses. We also do a high level of customisation for clients offering Sponge Coating for Alcohol Resistance and Oil Resistance among others.
We are OEMs for leading Pharma Machinery Companies, Bottling Plants and Glass Bottle Manufacturers in India and abroad and continue to add to our repertoire with each passing day.
